Having expertise in the field of real estate allows us to create value and help our clients diversify their overall real estate holdings by offering low minimum investment thresholds across all of our asset classes.
In addition to working directly with individual investors, institutions, and family offices, we also work closely with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), exchange intermediaries, and other wealth management advisors in offering real estate as an alternative investment to the many more traditional investment offerings they might provide.
